We are a locally owned, small family business tour operator offering boat and bus based tours as well as private events and charters. We operate in Charleston and have Boat Tour operations in 3 other cities.
This Inbound Sales& Customer Service position serves as one of our crucial points of contact for coordinating daily communications and reservations for guests, as well as helping information flow accurately between customer support, guests, and marine & tour guide guide crews for all cities where we operate.
The successful candidate will be able to accurately describe and sell tours in addition to being personable and enjoy helping people.

Job Duties include:
- Thorough knowledge of all 4 markets and all tour products offered.
- Working with bus Tour Guides to keep guest manifests up to date, and support any daily issues they have in the field.
- Working directly with customers and hotel/hospitality partners on taking reservations and selling tours.
- Providing phone, email and text based customer support for tour sales for both the bus and boat tour based divisions of the company.
- Working some shifts assigned to our in person ticket kiosk in Charleston located at our main vessel departure location.

Qualifications Required:
- Ability to juggle many tasks and deal with different personalities at one time
- Customer Service experience and a passion for working in Customer Service
- Friendly and professional phone demeanor
- Interest in working in the hospitality industry and knowledge of the Charleston area
- Computer skills: ability to use the MS office suite and navigate the internet, as well as learn our specific Point of Sale and reservations programs systems.
- Understanding of and ability to engage in proper business phone etiquette
Preferred Qualifications
- A minimum 2 years experience in Customer Service, Charleston specific tourism related experience is a plus!
- Previous Hospitality or Call Center experience
- Minimum of Associates Degree
The position pays $17.00 - 20.00 an hour to start based on experience. Discounts and free admission to many area attractions, as well as to company tours and events are employment perks!
