- 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
- High school or equivalent
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays

The Non-Inventory Receiver will work as a team with the Non-Inventory Receiver, Assistant Buyer & Procurement Operations Analyst to administer the flow of non-inventory goods including: MRO supplies, corrugate, safety equipment, and tools. Job functions include: PIT operation, off-load and accurately put away non-inventory goods, stage product in work areas, organization of packaging supplies, receive goods into Coupa system (data entry), research missing non-inventory shipments, assist with payment inquiries from A/P, and file keeping. Assures the delivery of shipping supplies and gift wrap to the appropriate locations. Main facilitator of inventory management via daily counts, cycle counts and audits.
Key job responsibilities
- Submit accurate daily counts into Delphi.
- Audit, compile and send several supplier specific trailer reports.
- Safely perform TDR functions and operate PIT equipment (Forklift, Clamp Truck, EPJ).
- Offload, count and receive in Amazon's Procurement System (Coupa).
- Manage inventory levels and create a daily shift plan to maintain supply assurance.
- Aid Procurement in meeting KPI (Key Performance Indicators) goals (Safety, Cost, Supply Assurance, Labor Metrics, etc).
- Utilize data to drive decision making and improve upon the Non-Inventory processes.
