Job Responsibilities include:
- Ability to act as the manager on duty in a responsible and professional manner
- Checking guests in and out accurately, ensuring proper payment is obtained
- Making reservations and answering phone calls
- Proficiently use computer programs and other technology
- Guest service skills to assist guests with questions and requests
- Keep accurate accounts of cash, checks, and credit card transactions
- Reconcile accounts and run nightly audit reports: Prepare and distribute daily reports
- Ensure guests satisfaction and resolve any challenges
- Constantly communicate with other shifts, departments and management
A successful candidate will bring to this role:

- Punctuality and reliability in work schedule
- Ability to multitask and good problem solving skills
- Technology oriented: utilizing reservation systems, phone systems, and comfortable in Microsoft excel
- Strong communication skills
- Cash handling and payment processing skill sets
- Good at balancing reports
- Ability to work overnight shifts.
- Experience in hotel front desk operations and/or audit or accounting is highly preferred, but we will train the right candidate
