We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Night Auditor to join our team. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions and providing exceptional guest service during the overnight shift. Duties:
- Perform nightly audits of financial transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Verify the accuracy of guest accounts by reconciling charges and payments
- Prepare daily reports summarizing hotel revenue, occupancy rates, and other key metrics
- Assist with the check-in and check-out process for guests arriving or departing during the overnight shift
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience
Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform accurate calculations
- Bilingual/multilingual skills are highly desirable
- Knowledge of hotel operations and guest services
- Proficient in using hotel management software systems
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
