Job Description:
Cabinet is looking for personnel to fulfill Asset Management roles in offices across the state. The ideal candidate for this position must maintain a valid driver’s license, lift and carry heavy objects or work in uncomfortable positions for extended periods of time, spend a major portion of their time using a computer and work overtime as needed. The candidates should also possess strong analytical skills, be an excellent communicator, have strong time-management skills, be detailed oriented and highly organized.
The job responsibilities for the position are:
- Manage all hardware requests
- Manage Distribution Center Stock levels
- Audit hardware in techs name
- Asset Reconciliation
- Work with data and asset management
- Organize stolen\lost\missing devices
- Audit computer naming
- Audit ServiceNow Inactive Users (KHRIS)
- Provide daily reports
- Manage consumables
- Manage DC disposals.
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
