We are seeking someone who has estimating and/or property insurance adjusting experience and is organized, has an eye for detail, understands cleaning, restoration, or construction, and can meet deadlines. If you are self-motivated and possess these skills you will be successful in this position.
This would be an ideal opportunity for a retired insurance or property claims adjuster. Possible flexibility for either FT or PT and hybrid work arrangements for the right candidate.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Final review of residential and commercial project job files and estimates (approximately 20-30/wk) for accuracy and detail.
- Ensure all line item charges are correct and verifiable to the work performed.
- Add additional line item charges for work performed or supplies used that may have been omitted or overlooked.
- Ensure the final estimate meets specific insurance carrier guidelines.
- MIN 5 yearsestimating and/or property insurance adjusting experience.
- Proficient use and understanding of Xactimate™ or other insurance industry estimating software.
- Understanding of cleaning, restoration, or reconstruction would be a HUGE plus.
- Effective written and oral communication.
- Advanced math skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Xactimate level 1 and 2 certifications or greater preferred.
