SalaryJob Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Night Auditor to join our team at a hotel. The Night Auditor is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions and providing exceptional guest service during the overnight shift. Responsibilities: - Perform night audit procedures to reconcile daily hotel revenue and expenses - Verify the accuracy of guest accounts by balancing charges and payments - Prepare daily reports, including occupancy, revenue, and cash flow - Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints - Assist with check-in and check-out processes as needed - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activity - Provide exceptional customer service to guests throughout their stay Qualifications: - Previous experience in hospitality management or a similar role preferred - Strong knowledge of guest services and front desk operations - Proficient in operating phone systems and other hotel-related software - Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus - Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor - Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills - Knowledge of night audit procedures is preferred but not required - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Please note that this is a night shift position, typically starting in the late evening and ending in the early morning hours.
