Night Auditor
Duties:
- Perform night audit procedures to ensure the accurate and timely completion of financial transactions and reports.
- Verify the accuracy of guest accounts by reconciling charges and payments.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist with the check-in and check-out process, including greeting guests, processing payments, and issuing room keys.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Operate phone systems to answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member.
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a smooth operation during the night shift.
