NFL FLAG - League Representative
Starting Pay Rate: $15.00/Hour
Employment Type: Seasonal (8-10 Weeks) starting early April.
Work Schedule: 8:00 AM-6:00 PM on Sundays for the duration of the 8-10-week season
Locations: Hollywood/Cooper City, FL

What you'll do (Job Responsibilities):

• Oversee NFL FLAG game day operations including set-up and break down league booth and fields, handle game situations involving coaches, players, parents and officials
• Establish relationships with coaches and officials, and fill in as a coach or official as needed
• Prepare official's scorecards, sell mouth guards, and meet and greet customers at the field
• Communicate with supervisor throughout week, attend weekly Game Day Rep meetings at night and submit Weekend League Review (scores, events of the day, etc.)
• Communicate with supervisor throughout day via phone with internet access
• Respectfully resolve conflicts and address concerns and questions from customers appropriately
• Regularly attend coaches' meetings, staff trainings, weekly meetings with supervisor

Requirements
What you'll bring (Minimum Qualifications):

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Prior experience in a customer service or sports related position (preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment and a passion for enhancing youth sports within your community

Salary Description
$15.00/hour
