Job Description: As a Junior Marketing Associate, you'll play a crucial role in our dental practice by focusing on lead conversion. Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead Conversion: Your primary responsibility will be converting leads into valued patients. You'll be the friendly voice and supportive presence that helps potential patients take the next step in their dental care journey.
- Customer Engagement: Engaging with leads through various communication channels, including phone, email, and text messages, to answer their questions, address concerns, and guide them through our practice offerings.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborating closely with our marketing team to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to conversion, providing insights and feedback to optimize our strategies.
- Data Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of lead interactions, tracking conversion rates, and assisting in analyzing data to improve conversion performance.
Qualifications and Requirements:
