Cavender Auto Group is currently seeking a New Hire coordinator to join the HR team. This position is full time and they are responsible for hosting weekly orientations, background checks, drug tests, processing paperwork and filing legal documents.
Pay is determined by experience. This position is full time M-F 8-5.
Responsibilities:
- Attend and host all orientations
- process all New Hire paperwork
- communicate with testing sites for drug screens and review all backgrounds
- communicate with all managers for proper approvals in New Hires being processed
- communicate with all New Hires for drug tests and background checks
- work with HR team for any new projects
- Manage the HR text communication system (Sendhub)
- Processes one Dealerships monthly payroll for Sales Department
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
