Summary
Under the supervision of the VP of Supply Chair, the Coordinator is responsible for handling LiuGong Machinery's whole goods Supply Chain of (Construction Machinery and Forklifts). You will learn how to be accountable for inventory sourcing and supervision, global logistics, inland freight, and intermodal transport. Other skilled that you will learn include import compliance, machine pre-shipment procedures, SAP, along with vendor financial accounts and invoicing.
SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Basic Computer Skills – create POs, create Kintone entries, review / process supplier invoices
- Arrange Inland Freight given a set list of trucking companies, request/receive multiple bids for inland freight movements from staging locations to dealers
- CTI Filings – files company invoices with 3rd party invoicing company in Mexico
- Draft graphs and PowerPoint presentations from provided spreadsheets and/or data
- Full cycle processing, machine make ready and product tracking to dealer
- Working with 3rd party logistics providers for inland freight competition
- Update internal clients and sales managers on the status of shipments
- Heavy Excel reporting to subsidiary management and HQ in China
- Update internal clients and sales managers on the status of shipments
- Assis with Accounts Receivable and process invoices from vendors including inland carriers, customs brokerage and 3PL providers
- Assis with ISF reporting and compliance with customs brokerage team
- Assist in creation and maintain SAP Data through analysis and management of production machine receiving for CE and FL pillars.
- Assist in creation and provide completed Sales Invoices for purchased machines through SAP processes to dealers and management.
BACKGROUND & SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or or related experience
- Knowledge of business principles and concepts
- Must have SAP or Oracle experience
- Must have strong computer skills: Word, Excel, Email
- Proficient in English and Spanish (written and oral);
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
