New Business Manager

RMNG is hiring a New Business Manager as a full-time job in West Hollywood, CA.
The New Business Manager will be best in class at creating business opportunities. We work with a variety of different clients: from small businesses to large businesses across all categories as well as what we call our social impact world. Your key responsibilities will include initial client engagement, conducting discovery calls, formulating program strategy, creating and refining budgets and proposals, conducting contract negotiations, and ensuring a seamless handoff to the Accounts and production team.
RMNG was first started as a passion project in 2009 to track the emerging movement of gourmet food trucks. The company grew, and is now the leading provider of turnkey food truck catering, concessions, and branded promotions, with a network of over 15,000 food trucks and growing. Headquartered in West Hollywood, CA, RMNG brings brands to life with their mobile experiential activations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Client relationship management: build and maintain strong relationships. Identify opportunities to connect with clients and add value to their business
• Growth strategy: analyzing existing business to inform and build a business development strategy
• Lead generation: proactively research and target potential clients, generate leads, and build a robust pipeline of opportunities through various channels such as networking, referrals, cold calling, and industry events

• Pitching and presentations: prepare and deliver compelling budgets, proposals, and pitches that effectively communicate our expertise and value to clients
• Reporting and analytics: build a framework to monitor New Business activities and track the ROI of initiatives. Provide regular reports to the senior management team demonstrating progress against KPIs

• 10+ years proven business development experience. Agency experience a plus
