This role will report to our Network Support Manager.
The Network Support Coordinator will work with a team to supply support to providers working in various states over the phone and via email. The Support Coordinator is responsible for handling inbound and outbound communications regarding a variety of topics including but not limited to daily schedule changes, provider pay, technical troubleshooting, general Signify Health policy and procedural information.
Work Logistics: This is a remote role requiring some weekend work rotations
Office hours are between 7AM to 7PM central time
What will you do?
- Take weekend calls on a rotating basis
- Ability to work overtime and on call
- Work in multiple systems at the same time
- Answer the phone at all times-minimize voicemails
- Telephone providers and customers with cancellations or changes to existing schedules
- Assist providers with additional directions and answer questions as needed
- Generate and close tickets for problems that arise
- Make sure no tickets are left in the queue
- If further assistance is needed for an issue, assign tickets to the proper department
- Make necessary changes in system
- Provide great customer service both verbally and written.
We are looking for someone with:
- Previous Call Center Experience
- Clear verbal and written communications
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and be organized in a busy environment
- Experience with MS Office and Google Office products
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 years of successful work experience with the Signify organization is preferred
- Previous healthcare provider and member experience is helpful
The base salary hiring range for this position is $15.00 to $24.00. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and benefits.
