Installs, troubleshoots and maintains printing and scanning equipment.

Installs electrical conduit and low voltage cabling when required.

Installs, troubleshoots and maintains surveillance and access control equipment.

Installs, troubleshoots and maintains all software in use by the company.

Installs, troubleshoots and maintains VOIP and network equipment.
7
Align wireless access points or bridges on the rooftop when needed.
8
Performs periodic preventive maintenance on computer systems.
9
Assists computer operators when technical problems occur.
10
Installs passwords and security precautions.

Becomes proficient in software used by the company by studying manuals and receiving individual instruction from the IT Supervisor.

Conducts training sessions and prepares reports based on the participation by users.

Creates and maintains files for Inventory, computer licenses, manuals, and training programs

Provides user assistance as needed for application problems and advises users of correct operating methods to prevent breakdowns.

Assists in analyzing information to determine, recommend, and plan layout for type of computers and peripheral equipment, or modifications to existing equipment and system that will provide capability for proposed project or workload, efficient operation, and effective use of allotted space.

Call’s software and hardware vendors and service providers to request support for defective products or service interruption
17
Performs other related duties as assigned.
