IT Desktop Support Technician
Pay Rate: $20/hr. - $25/hr.
Location:Houston, TX 77081
Hours: Contract to Possible Hire; Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm

Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to end users.
Setup new employees with computer, access cards, phone, applications, etc.
Troubleshoot and diagnose technical and connectivity issues.
Provide Prompt & Professional Technical Support to End Users
Maintain and manage desktops and network printers.
Cross train on mailroom application and act as backup for mail processing and mailroom runs.
List Qualification or Requirements:
Valid driver’s license required.
Experience as a Desktop Support Technician.
Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Advanced Knowledge of Computer Hardware, Chipsets, Memory Modules & Peripherals.
Knowledge of Modern Operating Systems, Software Applications, and Remote Access Systems.
Ability to lift 50lbs or more.
