About The Role
Tevora is seeking a Network Engineer to support Tevora's infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have basic Network Engineer and Server Management understanding along with troubleshooting skills, monitoring, and customer service experience.
Essential Functions:
- Maintain computer networks including Firewall, Router, Switches, other physical hardware and Cloud services.
- Install and configure network and server equipment.
- Creating Firewall and updating virus protection software and data security systems to in line with Tevora compliance requirements.
- Monitoring computer systems to improve network and system performances for all systems.
- Troubleshooting, resolving and communication network and system issues to other employees and management.
- Maintaining current knowledge and understanding of security and networking best practices to offer the best solutions and protection to company systems.
Qualifications:
- Love and desire to maintain Network infrastructure, "OWN IT".
- Excellent written, verbal communications and customer service skills.
- Must be a self-starter and highly motivated.
- Minimum associate degree or completion of course work at a technical school.
- Natural problem-solving abilities in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Able to research and troubleshoot issues along with review and potentially design new solutions as needed.
- Functional knowledge of Firewalls, Cloud Services, Network and Servers.
- Applicable Network/System certification(s) a PLUS.
Additional Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license as driving will be required in this role
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Must be available to work a hybrid position in Irvine, CA.
