About the Role:

Mass Virtual has an immediate opening for a Sr Network Administrator to assist in day-to-day IT operations and maintain our internal infrastructure. The successful candidate will be a vital part of the IT support team. They should excel at thriving in a fast-paced environment. The candidate should have an advanced knowledge of IT principles such as networking and domain infrastructure. Requires advanced skills in managing, maintaining, and configuring layer 2/3 devices via command line or GUI.

What you’ll be doing:?

• Solving advanced network issues

• Build and maintain corporate switches, routers, and firewalls

• Monitor data traffic and manage network resources to ensure seamless transmission of high-quality data

• Assist in planning and maintaining virtual network environments

• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to network integrity, failures, and PC hardware and software utilization

What you need to succeed:?

• 5-10 years of Network and Systems administration experience

• Strong foundational knowledge with (Cisco, Dell, HP) network equipment and Windows servers

• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs

• Eligible to obtain a Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required)

Great to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology

• Network Certifications (CCNA, CCNP, Network+)

• Experience and certification in cloud technologies (AWS/Azure)

• Familiarity with industry security standards (NIST/GDPR)

Working Conditions:

• In-office 100% of the time
• The person in this position must be able to stay stationary for long periods of time
• Some travel may be required for this role
• Some transportation of equipment may be required – up to 50 pounds
