A National Title and Escrow company is looking for:

- Recording policies and cash receipts submitted by National Agents.
- Completing monthly adjustments by deadlines.
- Working with Account Receivable.
- Balancing Funds
- Able to type agent correspondences with good follow through.
- Accurately detail policy keying.
- Answering customer calls using professional customer service skills.
- Acting as a liaison between supervisors, sales representatives, and the national agents.
- Performing general office duties.
- Other related duties as requested by management.
SUMMARY:
Responsible for processing National Title Agent monthly reports and monitoring those accounts. This includes handling accounts receivable and communicating discrepancies with customers in a timely manner. Responsible for making sure agents are using the proper forms, correct rates, and are reporting timely. Provides some administrative support for the National Service Center. Handles the customer calls and inquiries coming into the department. Detailed Oriented with excellent written and verbal customer service skills.
