If you have proven your Customer Service and communication skills in another industry and are ready to learn and grow, we can teach you everything you need to know about insurance. We will even pay for you to get your insurance license.

Responsibilities
Process customer policy change requests.
Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
Document each customer contact in eAgent.
Return all phone messages promptly.
Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
Provide exceptional Customer Service and support.
Requirements
Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
Must have ability to multi-task.
Must be highly self-motivated.
Professional phone etiquette.
