Responsibilities Include:
- Customer Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with National Accounts. Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Presentation Skills: Deliver compelling and persuasive presentations to National Accounts, effectively communicating the value and benefits of our service. Ensure presentations are clear, professional, and aligned with company policy.
- Solutions-Based Selling: Utilize a consultative selling approach to understand customer challenges and needs. Propose and implement customized solutions that align with their objectives and our product offerings, driving sales and revenue growth.
- Cold Calling and Prospecting: Actively seek out new business opportunities through cold calling and prospecting. Identify potential National Accounts, initiate contact, and develop these leads into productive, long-term partnerships.
Our Ideal National Accounts Manager Possesses:
- B2B/SaaS/Construction Sales Experience: At least 2 years of experience in B2B, SaaS, or construction sales, showcasing a proven track record.
- Strong Sales Skills: Exceptional in-person and virtual product demos, cold calling, presenting value propositions, overcoming objections, and closing sales.
- Enterprise Customer Engagement: Experience in selling to and managing relationships with "C Level" and upper management.
- Product Demonstration Ability: Proficient in demonstrating products and services to decision-makers in the residential building and contracting sectors.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using Microsoft products, the Google Suite, and sales CRM, preferably Hubspot.
- Relationship Building and Listening Skills: Adept at building rapport, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored solutions.
- Customer Onboarding Expertise: Committed to ensuring successful onboarding of new customers.
- Drive to Succeed: An unyielding desire and hunger to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Travel Requirement: Regular travel for sales events and industry conferences is essential.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $75,000 Base Salary
- 1st Year On Target Earnings "OTE" = $155,000 - $190,000
