Responsibilities:
This position reports to the MPD WH Sales Account Manager and is responsible for securing and promoting sales opportunities in order to achieve account targets within their assigned accounts
Must increase number of and strengthen client relationships and elevate MPD competitive position within assigned accounts. Must be able to interface with multiple levels of management, engineering and purchasing to effectively maintain and grow assigned accounts.
The Sales Representative is responsible for accurately communicating client requirements to all relevant management, sales, service, and support departments. Following completion and shipment of product, the sales representative must verify installation of established products and services and ensure results for the client.
1. Calls on established and prospective customers, maintains contacts with customers in relation to their requirements.
2. Responsible for securing and renewing orders, arranging delivery dates, installations, implementations, tracking and monitoring customer results, and other requirements within the sales process as required
3. Maintains sales programs within the territory based on client requirements.
4. Estimates and reports backup and sales forecasts by product line in US areas.
5. Communicates competitive market trends with recommendations in all US areas.
6. Assist business as needed for customer related issues including but not limited to AR, contracts, proposals, invoices, and customer feedback.
7. Identifies integrated solution sales opportunities within assigned accounts.
Qualifications:
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years sales experience with managed pressure drilling
- Bachelor of Science in Business, Engineering, or comparable experience is a plus
- This position will require domestic travel.
- Observes safety regulations, wears required safety equipment, encourages safe working practices, corrects obvious hazards immediately or reports them to Management.
- Work within established company guidelines.
- Adheres to all HSE requirements.
- Knowledge of U.S. Land Market and drilling industry

Understands MPD related technology and equipment operations
Strong leadership, organizational, written, oral and presentation skills
Computer literate with Office software suite. CRM knowledge a plus
