We are looking for a National Account Manager to help us manage and grow the Lowe’s Account. As a Trex National Account Manager, you will be looked to as an innovator and expected to work closely with the Lowe’s team to assist in the development and execution of strategic plans to drive sales growth and profitability. This role is a key member of our Retail Sales team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Effectively manage key customer relationships throughout the Lowe’s organization.
  • Lead a joint National Account planning process focusing on mutual value creation and customer lifetime value over the short, mid, and long term.
  • Understand customers’ long-term business goals and identify suitable upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Manage the implementation and solution development of our initiatives and address customer needs while coordinating the involvement of all necessary internal partners.
  • Monitor and analyze performance against key initiatives.
  • Manage communication of monthly execution priorities with Trex’s Territory Associate Representatives, status tracking, and special projects, and be a point of contact for Retail Sales Associate questions.
  • Develop strong working relationships and maintain communication frequencies with key retail contacts at corporate headquarters and operations division levels, specifically with the four Associate Merchants, Merchandising Assistants, and Lowe’s Supply Chain team.
  • Assist with improving Trex’s in-store positions, maintaining the preferential placement of in-store collateral, and coordinating and leading group training sessions.
  • Serve as the key liaison between Trex Customer Care Call Center and Lowe’s.
  • Work with Lowe's Brand Advocate to help coordinate critical initiatives, including enhancing our online presence, opportunities in search and navigation, demand planning and customer fulfillment, and execution of omnichannel activations.
  • Work hand in hand with supply chain and operations for forecast planning, in-stock positions, new product rollouts, and fulfillment excellence overall.
  • Engage in online category sprints, be an integral part of online development planning, familiarize yourself with Lowe's (Vendor Gateway, IMA, VPP) systems to support new item setup, and provide key analysis and analytic-based support to help best Trex manage the businesses on Lowes.com.
  • Work with the Trex accounting team on retailer deductions, payments, and claims.
  • Work directly with retailers and distributors on payment processing.
  • Manage and track the team budget, process payments, and enter monthly accruals.

EXPERIENCE

We are looking for leaders with a bachelor’s degree along with 3-5 years of key account sales experience. We want to hear from you if you have previous experience as an Account Manager.
