Job Summary
The National Account Sales Manager is responsible for prospecting, quoting, managing and coordinating business relationships with national, Fortune 500 type customers. The NASM position will utilize the National Account leads provided by sources and develop relationships with potential National Accounts to open sales opportunities for HCFA. This role works closely with the RSM and Marketing teams. This role is focused on the startup aspect of the program during 2022 and will be guided and supervised by the Director of National Accounts to insure strategic actions toward goals. The Director will also provide support and guidance for the NASM and the National Account program.
General Accountabilities
- Creates and expands interest for National Accounts.
- Builds and maintain professional relationships with accounts, dealers, and customers.
- Maintain point of contact for National Accounts and corporate teams.
- Starts up the National Account program with guidance by the NA Director.
- Work with Regional Sales Managers (RSM) to source potential National Accounts. .
- Collaborates with engineering team to define key specs & features for NA Li-Ion models.
- Educate business partners and end users on company products and services.
- Explore opportunities to upgrade dealers across the country for Li-Ion product line.
- Plan, coordinate, and attends trade shows, company conferences and conventions.

- 7+ years in the industry either at the dealer or OEM level managing large key accounts
- 5+ years of Sales & Marketing experience
- Preferred Associates or bachelor’s degree - depending on level of industry experience.
- Proven record in field - references within the industry
- Willing to Travel 40 - 50% including weekends.
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Strong interpersonal and perception skills.
- Ability to operate MSN Office programs and other computer-based programs.
