Job Description

The Risk Framework Reporting Manager will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of reporting analysts and reporting leads to deliver effective data visualizations to stakeholders. This role will oversee and execute on key program priorities inclusive of reporting process standardization, reporting process efficiency gains, and ensuring output data quality via the development of robust quality programs. The manager will also be responsible for developing strong partnerships with stakeholders and ensuring stakeholder requirements are captured, understood, and translated into high quality outputs that are fit for purpose. This role will also heavily contribute to the training, upskilling, and development of team members via expected talent management routines and activities.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Typically more than 10 years of applicable experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Advanced reporting and data visualization experience.
  • Experience leading a high-performing reporting and analytics team.
  • Proficiency with data and reporting tools, such as excel, Tableau, Power BI, ETL tools (Alteryx), Python.
  • Strong ability to translate stakeholder requirements into meaningful data outputs.
  • Experience driving high quality within a process and building the appropriate QA/QC to ensure accuracy across outputs.
  • Keen eye for detail, ensuring consistent and complete formatting and readiness of outputs for socialization with senior leaders.

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, US Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401k contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $129,455.00 - $152,300.00 - $167,530.00 Job postings typically remain open for approximately 20 days of the posting date listed above, however the job posting may be closed earlier should it be determined the position is no longer required due to business need. Job postings in areas with a high volume of applicants, such as customer service, contact center, and Financial Crimes investigations, remain open for approximately 5 days of the posting listed date.
