Job Summary
Data analysis and sales support by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.
Primary Duties
• Responsible for using data analysis to achieve sales targets.
• Responsible for working closely with product management in completing Product Line Reviews on all product categories for DIY and Commercial.
• Responsible for using Functional Business plan in determining gaps in sales for the purpose of achieving financial op/target plan.
• Analyze customer and product line performance and recommend actions with estimated impact to existing and future revenues.
• Work cross functionally with diverse range of internal and external customers.
• Responsible for exploitation & evaluation of current product line sales to maximize category.
• Works with sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
• Responsible for administration of retail price surveys and analysis.
• Directs product simplification and standardization to eliminate unprofitable items from sales line.
• Assist National Account Mgr in the development and implementation of the revenue/business/marketing plans.
• Assist / support Supply Chain in customer service functions.
• Travel as required.
• Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Experience working independently at Customer Management and Executive Levels
• Strong Computer Skills
• Exceptional Analytical ability
• Experience with "FACT BASED" selling
• Experience with NPD analysis
• Strong organization skills, ability to multi task required
• Priority setting and project management skills required
• Ability to Travel 10-15% of the time
• Physical Requirement: Capability to lift 50 pounds.
• Working Conditions: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to reach, swivel, carry items from one building to another, and speak and actively listen. Noise level is usually moderate.
EDUCATION OR EXPERIENCE:
• University Degree or equivalent; 3-5 years' experience in Data/Sales Management to.
• Educated in financial analysis Capabilities or P&L responsibilities.
