Nanny/Organizer/Household Position In Central Austin

Looking for a long-term Nanny/Organizer/Hospitality role to join our family team! This fulltime position is available for the right candidate who has a passion for organizing, running a household and working with a family. They are a Family of 5 with 3 boys with a fast-paced lifestyle and staffed home near Tarrytown.

This position is available for the right candidate who wants a career working in a hospitality role with a high-profile family. This position will be working in a private residence, 5 days a week, 30 hours to 40 hrs per week. Ideal candidate will have previous private household experience or hotel/hospitality industry.

The position would entail maintaining spaces/organizing household, light housekeeping tasks, childcare, travel with family. Must be able to work off lists, and do a range of tasks. The family is looking for someone long-term with a great attitude and that has attention to detail. The candidate should have: Good Customer Service skills, Reliability, Organizational skills, Integrity and Honesty, High Energy Levels. Hospitality background is a plus!

Pay is based on your prior work experience, level of education and credentials. The family has 2 homes – a main home in Central Austin (4,000 sqft) and a vacation home in Canyon Lake (2,500 sqft). Must be available to travel with family or commute to these locations.

They have two cats (must love animals, no allergies)! Family is seeking candidates looking for a minimum of a two-year contract.

Job Details:

• $25-$32 per hour
• 5 days of the week
• Ideal time: 8am-3pm (with some flexibility for backup of 2-9pm shift)
• Flexible on Days: Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday/Sunday

Experience and Qualities:

• Organizing/Household Experience: 2+ years for both
• Fluent English Speaker
• Must be able to work legally in the United States
• Detail-oriented -- quality and precision-focused, ability to follow lists
• Stable -- traditional, stable, strong processes, on-time
• Nanny experience, Loves to play and interact with kids - High energy
• People-oriented -- supportive and fairness-focused, personable and calm in demeanor
• Team-oriented -- cooperative and collaborative
• Be Available to travel as needed with family
• Applicant must wear a mask in our home if sick.

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
