We are seeking a reliable and caring caregiver/companion to provide exceptional care services for families in our community. As a caregiver/companion, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of client under your care. This is a paid position with live in benefit.
Responsibilities:
- Create a safe environment for client in their home.
- Supervise and engage Clients ADLs
- Prepare meals and snacks
- Assist with personal hygiene tasks, such as bathing and dressing
-Medication Reminderas instructed by guardians
- Maintain open and effective communication with Clients or guardians
- Follow established routines and schedules
Experience:
- Previous experience working as a caregiver or in a related role is preferred
Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to adapt to different family dynamics and household routines
