Multi Unit Operations Manager – CRU HOSPITALITY GROUP
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Cru Hospitality Group (CHG) Multi Unit Operations Manager oversees the complex operations of all full-Service Restaurants, bars, and retail shops and is responsible for upholding the brand in accordance with the company’s values and culture. This role provides direction and coaching to a team of Restaurant General Managers and reports to the Chief Executive Officer.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Multi-unit restaurant leadership experience
- Front of house management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant
- Experience with wine highly preferred
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk, and hear for extended periods of time throughout the course of daily activities. The employee frequently is required to use hands to handle, or feel objects, or to use the telephone. The employee is occasionally required to climb, lift, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee is required to work on a computer, in addition to doing paperwork. Driving and traveling back and forth between locations in the local area is often required.
The responsibilities of your role will include, but not be limited to the effective execution of all CHG offerings. This role reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Organizes and directs the store’s restaurant operations to maximize profitability while upholding Cru Hospitality Group’s culture, values, policies, and guest experience standards
- Sets restaurant goals and leads a team of general managers, working closely with each to understand operational needs, provide training and motivation, and encourage collaboration
- Prepares weekly updates on restaurants, and collaborates closely with senior leadership to plan activities and achieve goals
- Analyze employee performance and provide feedback, guidance and training to impact results
- Assists with employee hiring, assignment, training, scheduling, evaluations and terminations
- Instill and uphold our mission of cultivating guest relationships through personalized service
- Ensure safety regulations are followed and company standards are met consistently
- Uncompromising execution of the highest standards of all local health and safety codes as well as security policies
- Ensure operational and financial targets stay within agreed upon budgets and timelines
- Participate in new menu rollouts
- Demonstrate great hospitality by example
- Ensure all CHG standards are upheld or exceeded.
Operate as a member of the best hospitality team in the region, helping others and requesting help as needed. Further duties not currently detailed here may be added at the discretion of the Owner and the Chief Executive Officer.

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
