YOU have an exciting opportunity to join our team and work at our exceptional Skilled Nursing Facility! We are currently looking for compassionate and enthusiastic Registered Nurses (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Manager to join our team!

We are looking to hire quickly someone who preferentailly has experience and a passion for dementia care.
Some Responsibilities for Nurse Manager:
- Lead and oversee one of our Skilled Nursing units.
- Develop a collaborative and efficient workplace with specific attention to quality resident care.
- Perform a range of duties including; maintaining the department, setting long-term goals, and overseeing record-keeping processes.
- Assist nursing staff on floor when needed and rounding of staff to ensure teamwork among the entire nursing unit and leading nurses by example.
Requirements for LPN or RN Nurse Manager:
- Valid Nurse license
- Positive and upbeat attitude
- In-depth knowledge of legal policies and regulations in the healthcare industry with a concentration in Dementia Care.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- PCC knowledge
