You are responsible for:
- Ensuring smooth operations within the sales department (regarding personnel matters, task distribution, etc.)
- Training new colleagues
- All important processes and continuous improvement of procedures
- Ensuring quality throughout the department
- Maintaining order and cleanliness
- Assisting with vacation and shift schedules for the store manager
- Communicating important information with employees within the department
- Acting as a liaison with other departments
Your profile:
- Ideally, you have experience in retail and have led a team or department before.

- You have no problem taking on responsibility.
