Multi-Site Business Property Manager

Currently Carleton Management Services is hiring for a PropertyBusinessManager to oversee all aspects in the management of a brand-new Tax Credit property in Austin, TX. The Manager is responsible for effectively managing the operations of the property, overseeing quality service, as well as motivating and empowering our team members. Requirements:

• 1+ years of related property management in the multifamily industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of RealPage, Onesite
• MUST have Tax-Credit experience
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely and organized manner.
• Extremely dependable individual with a high level of accountability
• Strong Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Must possess a great personality
• Must be able to tour the community with potential residents, which includes walking, standing, sitting and climbing stairs. Must occasionally be able to lift up to 10 lbs.
• Ability to drive when needed. A valid driver’s license and proof of liability insurance is required.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
