(Chicago/Hybrid) The Multi-Media Production Manager will support our storytelling strategies by taking a hands-on approach to supporting the creation of content that aligns with our goals and objectives. As the Production Manager, you will be responsible for the project management of our content as well as leading the production team. This position is the primary liaison between our global teams, internal teams, and our production staff to ensure our standard of excellence is met with the approval of key stakeholders. Additionally, this position will work closely with senior leaders to maintain budgets associated with production. This position is based in our Chicago office and reports directly to the Senior Director of Brand Strategy, Content and Education.

We are seeking an individual with Bachelors’ degree or equivalent experience. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the field. Ideally within a non-profit organization, marketing agency, or production company. Experience leading delivery teams, including vendor management, planning, and budgeting. Filming and editing experience for content that can be used at a global level. Digital and omnichannel background required.

Essential Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Leadership and Management: Oversee the media production process, team workload and budget management of resources.
  • Development: Lead the development of assets for content strategy from our internal studio as well as from asset gathering trips abroad. Work with external video production partners and serve as a liaison between partners, Israel marketing team, U.S, Canada staff, field staff and program partners.
  • Strategy and Planning: Demonstrate initiative in identifying potential new production capabilities to support operational expansion and proactively share these capabilities with Fellowship colleagues and leadership. Manage our video and multi-media content creation process, and make improvements and changes where needed to optimize our content and overall efficiencies.
  • Partnerships: Manage outsourced partners in support of projects and initiatives. Ensuring quality management and delivery of high-quality production work in line with scope and budget.

Technical & Individual Skills:

- Excellent project management skills; multitask and works well under tight deadlines

- Excellent organizational abilities and highly detail-oriented

- Knowledge of video and audio editing programs/software (ex: FinalCut Pro, Adobe Premier)

- Filming and editing capabilities and ability to develop video content for specific channels

- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and writing/communication skills

- Ability to take a hands-on, creative approach to assist the team with creating quality videos and content.

- Storyteller with the ability to create compelling content that will meet KPIs and elevate our brand.

- Affinity for spirituality, spiritual knowledge or support for our mission and cause

- Experience working in Microsoft Office 365 Suite

- Travel includes day and overnight trips, domestic and international.
