Job Title: Technical Product Manager
Department: Innovation: R&D
Position Summary:
The Technical Product Managerwilldrive our fiber and ethernet hardware and feature roadmap to help us build the next generation of super-fast, ultra-low latency, highly automated networks. As the product owner of our wired technology stack, you will be defining the strategy and vision for this section of the network across the market verticals that Pavlov Media is active in. This role will work closely with sales, engineering, and senior management. The Technical Product manager will assess industry standards and customer requirements and derive roadmaps to meet the company’s business objectives.
Duties/Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and manage activities for products from product definition and planning through production and release.
- Build the Technical Product roadmap.
- Be the centralized resource that defines, designs, and tests the product(s) as they move from production to distribution.
- Work alongside cross-functional teams to understand customer requirements and translate them into Technical Product requirements.
- Assess timelines, review technical specifications, and participate in security, scalability and infrastructure activities.
- Ensure that the product is thoroughly tested and meets quality standards.
- Monitor product’s performance post-launch, including gathering feedback and proposing necessary adjustments.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to plan and prioritize feature implementation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in the tech industry as a Product Manager, system architect, or solution architect writing Technical Product/specification requirements and collaborating with engineering to build a delivery plan with clear priority and business goals preferred
- Technical expertise in Data Center Networking, Communication Service provider or high-end enterprise network design.
- Experience in collaborating with sales teams to build strategy and roadmap for customer deliveries.
- Customer and operational background with in-depth knowledge of designing, building and maintaining live production networks.
- Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills.
- Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and execute product plans.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and metrics to make informed decisions.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to be self-motivated towards the achievement and measurement of established goals.
- Effective team player.
- Passionate and excited to learn continuously.

Desirable Skills:
- Knowledge of Wi-Fi (IEEE 802.11), fiber and ethernet based networking.
- Understanding of interfacing with embedded software.
- Experience with IoT.
- Network automation and orchestration.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods.
- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
