Purpose
The purpose of the Project Administrator role is to serve as the information hub and support for construction administration. They will partner with the project management and administrative team to monitor the construction process from start to finish. A Project Administrator will utilize their attention to detail skills to collaborate with team members to review current and new construction contracts. Additionally, a Project Administrator will need to possess excellent conflict management and critical thinking skills.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project schedules.
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure project goals and objectives are met.
- Provide administrative support to the project team.
- Assist in the setup and documentation of subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
- Pull permits and schedule inspections.
- Complete project closeout documentation.
- Additional responsibilities as indicated by manager and project requirements.
Qualifications
- A minimum of a high school degree or G.E.D. required. Bachelors degree preferred.
- Two years of experience in a construction administration or similar experience, preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Bluebeam, Sage 100 Contractors, or similar construction applications is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $59,000.00 per year
