Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as a Move in Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting with the Pocessing of Medicaid applications, billing, uploading, and gathering required documents necessary for processing for our clients. knowledge of Tax credit files and lense renewals. This is a physically demanding role that requires excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently upload unload documents and other items into record keeping database
- Follow established deadlines and schedules for timely processing
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or issues during the move in process
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a smooth and coordinated move in experience
- Adhere to all safety protocols and state agency and guidelines while handling and processing applications
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Supportive Living or Healthcare environment is preferred
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing circumstances
- Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
