Moving Coordinator

MoveUp Consulting is looking for a motivated Moving Coordinator to join our team in Southern Chicagoland Area!

Schedule/Hours:

• Monday - Friday, regular business hours

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of coordinator or related experience
• Moving Industry experience
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with computer applications and the ability to quickly learn and use our moving coordination software.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
• Previous experience in the trucking or logistics industry is a plus but not required.

Duties & Responsibilities of Role:

• Receive Orders Create and maintain appropriate order paperwork.
• Maintain an accurate calendar of orders
• Maintain accurate customer files within an organized filing system
• Maintain accurate information in transportation systems
• Provide customers with the final bill amount and collect COD payments
• Liaison between sales, customers, drivers, and dispatch.
• Customer Service
• Answer Phones Other duties as assigned.
