SalaryThe Professional Moving Specialists, Inc. is currently seeking a full time Moving Coordinator to join our rewarding customer service department.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contacting potential leads and providing estimates for moving services.
- Taking sales calls and booking moves.
- Following up with customers’ pre and post move to ensure an efficient and excellent move experience.
- Confirming booked moves by phone and email.
- Creating customer files daily with great attention to detail.
- Responding to customer emails in a timely manner throughout the day to ensure a positive outcome.
- Assisting Management as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Extremely organized
- Great attention to detail
- Problem solving skills
- Excellent work ethic
- Minimum 3 years proven Customer Service Experience
- Proficient in MS Office; Outlook, Word and Excel
- Salesforce experience is a plus but willing to train the right individual
- Rotating weekends (Saturday's 10:00am - 1:00pm)
