- Sets molds in presses
- Handle raw material
- Locate/establish correct processes
- Set-up, operate and control auxiliary equipment
- Verify product meets customer requirements
- Review and troubleshoot process to ensure product meets customer requirements
- Perform basic injection molding troubleshooting techniques, including correct temperature, material mold and water connection flow, etc.
- Gather data and enter correct cycle, job information into injection molding press and auxiliary equipment and starts production job
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and safety checks
- Perform required quality inspection on every job
- High school Diploma
- Injection molding experience
- Computer skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Team player
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Candidates must be able to lift up to 60-lbs.
- Forklift experience required
