Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Finish Room Lead to oversee our production area. In this pivotal role, you'll manage a team of 4-8 people, ensuring efficient task completion and quality control. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and executing the department's workload.
- Setting directions for the team and ensuring efficient task completion.
- Collaborating with other shop leads to synchronize project timelines.
- Creating and documenting finish samples for future replication.
- Monitoring quality and conducting annual department reviews.
- Accurately updating progress in our MRP system.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to foster a positive work environment.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
- Experience with stains and finishes for wood products.

Pay: $21.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 48 per week
