WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE AS A HARDWARE TEAM LEAD

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of customer orders for systems automation projects. Your responsibilities will include coordinating and planning the allocation of jobs and ensuring optimal capacity utilization of our talented staff members. Additionally, you will be the primary contact person for hardware engineering and installation planning, liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and successful project execution. WHAT'S NEEDED FROM A HARDWARE TEAM LEAD?

We're looking for someone who can meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field
  • 3+ years of proven leadership experience, PLC, and HMI software experience
