As a Mid-Level Web Developer at Torch Technologies, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and maintenance of complex Web Applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to technical decisions, and ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient web solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance Web Applications using advanced JavaScript frameworks like Vue.js and TypeScript
• Design, implement, and optimize SQL databases and queries for performance and scalability.
• Mentor junior developers and lead by example in coding practices and code reviews.
• Collaborate with team members to define specifications and deliver solutions meeting client requirements.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
• Engage in the full software development lifecycle including testing, integration, and deployment.

Job Requirements
Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in web development.
• Strong expertise in SQL and database management.
• Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks, especially Vue.js and TypeScript.
• Solid experience with cross-platform development.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in version control tools, such as Git.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Strong understanding of security practices in web development.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
