The Senior Web Developer at Torch Technologies will be responsible for the development of complex Web Applications and systems. This role involves strategic planning, high-level decision-making, and hands-on development. You will mentor a team of developers, review and guide code development, and ensure that our web solutions are scalable, efficient, and innovative.
Key Responsibilities:

• Development of sophisticated Web Applications using modern JavaScript frameworks like Vue.js and TypeScript.
• Oversee and contribute to cross-platform development projects like .NET Core, Node .
• Architect, design, and implement high-performance SQL databases.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of web developers.
• Guide code reviews, enforce best practices, and maintain high standards of code quality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Drive innovation and stay ahead of industry trends in web technologies.

Job Requirements
Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of professional experience in web development, with a proven track record in a leadership role.
• Expert knowledge in SQL, database design, and performance optimization.
• Advanced proficiency in JavaScript frameworks, especially Vue.js and TypeScript.
• Extensive experience with building scalable cross-platform applications.
• Strong architectural and design skills in web development.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience managing a team of developers.
• Deep understanding of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies.
• Knowledge of advanced web security practices.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management.
