We are seeking a VP of Asset Management who oversees ensuring financial responsibility, overseeing operational performance, and managing the physical plans for the multi-property residential portfolios of the Agency, including the supervision of FWHS Asset Managers and Facilities Coordinators. The Vice President of Asset Management will develop and execute strategies, protocols, and tools to enhance the efficiency of the Asset Management team and improve the financial and operational outcomes of the FWHS real estate portfolio.
