The Mi Casa Food Runner is responsible for providing excellent guest service. Duties include delivering food to guest tables, preparing expo line with all necessary tools and products, including garnishes, side dishes, tableware, fixtures and serving containers. Uses table and seat numbers to determine the proper delivery of food. Prepares sanitizing solution daily. A minimum of 6 months’ previous experience is preferred.
Principle Responsibilities and Duties:
- Maintain a high quality of guest service according to Silverton's Care Service Standards.
- The main responsibility is to deliver food to guests.
- Running all foods ready in the kitchen window for each table and server
- Pre–bussing all china, glass, and tableware.
- Complete all opening, running, and closing side –work.
- Assist in all non–routine tasks as directed.
- Maintain an open line of communication with Managers.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions with guests, fellow Team members and vendors.
- Other duties as assigned.
