We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Merchant Services ISO Representative to join our team. As a Merchant Services ISO Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our company's POS and terminals to potential merchants. Your primary objective will be to meet and exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

1. Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
2. Educate customers on the benefits and features of our credit card POS systems and terminals.
3. Assess customers' needs and financial situations to recommend the most suitable POS and terminal options.
4. Process merchant agreement applications and ensure all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
5. Follow up with customers to answer questions, resolve concerns, and provide additional information as needed.
6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory requirements.
7. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets and expanding our customer base.
8. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
9. Provide regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market insights to management.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
6. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field preferred.
