We are currently seeking Operations Associates to help oversee and coordinate the day-to-day responsibilities of the processing department, which facilitates the entire funding process. The ideal candidate will be a confident, hardworking, and diligent person, that can multi-task several things at once, and stay on top of the processes needed to fund a business. This person should be ambitious and goal-oriented. Secretarial/assistant experience strongly preferred but Training will be provided.

Job Type: Part-Time / Full-time
Pay: $36,190.00 - $204,785.00 per year
Schedule: Depending on Job type Monday-Friday, Weekends

Responsibilities:

• Data entry (into CRM and Excel).
• Receive, review, and enter data in a payment service or POS application into internal and external systems during a new account boarding process in accordance to established procedures.
• Creating/building files for approved applications and or making any updates based on customer needs.
• Communicate with business partners and customers to resolve incomplete application packages via email or Phone
• Ensure that all emails are responded to in a time-efficient manner

Skills Requirements:

• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and Adobe
• Needs to work efficiently and accurately under pressure
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to quickly identify issues with hardware/software and resolve it in a timely manner
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, goal-oriented
• Bilingual Spanish/English or any other languages is a big plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
