Our District Sales Managers will be responsible for managing territory sales managers and a team of merchant account specialists that you will meet with once a week and support in the field. You will get a residual commission override for all your team. We're looking for enthusiastic people with excellent communication skills that have at least 5 years of merchant credit card sales and POS equipment sales experience.
Your sales teams will be selling top-of-the-line customer service and cash savings to businesses with our zero-cost merchant credit card processing. We also have POS equipment that we sell or lease. We have also heavily invested so that our software integrates with most of the larger manufacturers of POS equipment on the market.
This is a sales management opportunity that pays $100k to $125k annual base salary plus uncapped monthly residual commissions, overrides, bonuses and overrides on your sales team. You will manage your territory sales managers and support your merchant account sales team. We will potentially give up to a $3000 a month guaranteed commission for up to 6 months for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Manage territory managers and merchant account specialists by monitoring daily metrics.
- Have daily calls and weekly meetings with your managers and team.
- Manage your team and help them through shadowing or be there to help them close a deal.
- Monitor team’s metrics on a weekly basis and give help and attention to where it is most needed.
- Fully understand all our products and pricing.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of merchant credit card processing experience
- Minimum of 2 years of management experience
- Minimum of 2 year of outside sales experience
Salary: $125,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
