Merchant Services (Bankcard) Sales Agent/Representative

Position: Sales Agent/Sales Representative

**Essential Functions:**

**Meet Monthly Volume Goals:**
- Responsible for achieving and exceeding monthly volume goals.
- Drive the growth of processing accounts to meet average monthly volume targets.

**Client Acquisition:**
- Identify and approach potential clients, emphasizing the benefits of Cornerstone's solutions.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients.

**Networking and Relationship Building:**
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Attend conferences, events, and networking opportunities to expand your reach.

**Travel:**
- Willingness to travel for conferences, industry events, and networking opportunities.
- Represent Cornerstone at various events to promote our services.

**Relocation Available:**
- For the right candidate, Cornerstone Payment Systems offers relocation assistance for a seamless transition to Bristol, TN.

**Requirements:**

**Minimum knowledge, prior work experience, and skills needed to perform job functions:**
- Previous sales experience in the merchant processing department of a bank or ISO.
- Comfortable working in a PC environment and with leading processing organizations.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Intermediate mathematical, interpersonal, and communication skills.

**Decision Making:**
- Identify new clients and opportunities for business growth.
- Negotiate terms of agreements with clients within parameters set by management.
- Ensure compliance with rules and regulations in all operational activities.

**Compensation:**
