Registered Nurse - Diane Ahrens / Nancy Page Residence
People Incorporated Mental Health Services is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our integrated health Services team at Diane Ahrens and Nancy Page Crisis Services programs. Our Registered Nurses are active members of an integrated treatment team across all programs and services within the organization. They collaborate with clients to understand their goals and needs in order to tailor individualized plans that are preventative and restorative in nature. We are searching for a Registered Nurse to join our nursing team!
Schedule: Full-Time, 1.0 FTE Flexible with Schedule, Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm
Location: This position is split between Diane Ahrens Residence and Nancy Page Residence. Part-time .5fte option available.
- Nancy Page Residence: 245 South Clifton Ave, Minneapolis, MN 55403
- Diane Ahrens Residence: 1784 Lacrosse Ave, Saint Paul, MN 55119
Hiring Range: $37.00 - $40.00 per hour

Main Job Duties
- Providing high quality, skilled, whole-health services within a rehabilitative and therapeutic model of care
- Actively engaging with clients, developing positive relationships that support the client in meeting their goals.
- Acting as a collaborative team member to any program within the organization, leading and addressing comprehensive health promotion.
- Facilitating preventative and restorative health and well-being education in individual, group and community settings.
- Using experiential learning as an intervention to support recovery.
- Acting as a liaison between the client and external care providers for whole health needs.
- Providing information and/or referrals to resources in the community for increased support and stabilization.
- Offering coaching on medication management.
- Documenting observable behaviors and symptoms.
- Current and unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse in the state of Minnesota
- Excellent driving record, reliable car, and current auto insurance
- And meet one of the conditions below.
- High school diploma
- 4,000 hours of supervised experience in the delivery of services to people with Mental Illness, DD, ID or TBI
- OR
- Has completed 30 semester credits or 45 quarter credits in behavioral science or a related field and:
- Has proof of a practicum or internship that requires direct interaction with adults or children served and is focused on behavioral sciences or related fields; OR
- Has 2,000 hours of supervised experience in the delivery of services to people with Mental Illness, DD, ID or TBI
- OR
- Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science or related field
- Proof of a practicum or internship requiring direct interaction with adults and focusing on behavioral sciences or related fields
